What would happen if ordinary citizens ran for congress with no funding from corporations? I would like to find out.
This page is for those who believe the congress no longer represents the people and would like to take it back. One of the primary purposes of this site will be to encourage ordinary citizens to run for congress in each district. We will provide information on how to get on a ballot, how to get the word out and how to WIN without millions of dollars.
More than political philosophy, we are concerned with two issues for candidates:
1. The principle that a candidate will take ZERO dollars in corporate contributions and will limit campaign expenditures.
2. The principle that a candidate will limit himself or herself to a total of 12 years in congress (two senate terms or 6 house terms).
If you are willing to comply with these simple terms, we can work together to take back our government. You can be a democrat, a republican, a socialist or a neo-nazi. I don't care as long as you are willing to be open and honest about your political beliefs and do not accept corporate contributions.

i would do it , if there are others to do it also. we would band together and over throw the communist /socialist liars and chase them out on a rail and tar and feather them.

They Are Making bigger government and Police states, They are NOT For the people anymore, They are for the Corporations and Big Business, I'm 23 and I'm sick of it, I dropped out of college because There are no jobs to obtain with a degree when everyone is getting fired! People who screw up at Target, or Walmart Get fired Quicker Than anyone in Our Federal Government. They need to make government smaller and Stop Putting all jobs over sea. And stop Educating the world! Educate Americans Over any, ANY Middle Eastern Country, South Park Puts it best, "They're Takin Our Jobs!" They took our jobs. Its a joke, And The Older Americans Need to step the fuck out of the way, because they are the ones that screwed everything up for younger Americans! BABY BOOMERS RUINED THE COUNTRY TIME FOR THEM TO FIX IT OR GET THE FUCK OUT!!! this is worse than the great depression, Everyone is just using the internet to look for jobs instead of standing in lines, Plus the Government just makes shit up, because they have too much power, Police have too much power, They go to a 8 week class and they can ruin someones life if they want too. Its time for the POLICE STATES TO STOP, They have too much power and Then If you run They send dogs that bite runners, Dogs mouths are the DIRTIEST MOouths, Just as bad as a humans, A dog bite can kill people if it gets infected, TOO MUCH POWER, ANY AMERICAN who thinks cops have to much power probably is a cop or works for the government, I Know of Government workers that Drink and drive and get caught by the police, but then they show a military insurance card or something of that nature and they get off, ITs time for the GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW RULES, IF THEY DONT WHY DO THE CITIZENS????????????????

It's bloody time that the US citizens united. The government and it's criminal politicians have ruined this country. (not the Baby Boomers) I'm 48 years old and I've been watching this country go down hill for quite some time. There is a lot more involved than you would think, but bottom line, it's greed!! All of our jobs are being shipped overseas, non-citizens are taking our jobs and don't pay taxes, foreigners start business here and never pay taxes(for 7 years)then hand the business to a relative, who does the same. The US sends billions of dollars overseas while refusing to feed and shelter our own. Giving 700 Billion to the banks, who in turn, foreclose on peoples homes, and leave them on the street. Where's the help from the government to help these people(The backbone of America). Did all the gov. officials eat the same meat from the MAD COW? It appears so...
Lobbyist should be eliminated and the whole political system and gov. needs to be completely overhauled! That is what our forefathers stated when this country was being constructed. "They suggested that every 200 years our government would have to be reconstructed" Sure seems that they were a lot smarter than those in office today. The economy sucks and is only getting worst. I have run huge projects and many other business, but now I can't even get a job a McDonald's. When did Spanish become our 1st language anyway? Oh yea, when they opened the boarders years ago. Remember the free trade deal! I knew that was going to slowly kill the US and guess what... It's Here !!!

I am 16 and I believe a revolution is what we need in the US. It seems like every day the government is becoming more and more corrupt and putting more and more people on the edge. Those pigs dont want anything besides to make a quick buck and get richer. The revolution is the first thing we need to have the good people of the US to come together and overthrow the government and we can finally have peace, people working together people helping people.
